Week 13 - lost 7 pounds!
That is a total of 84 pounds!
I am beside myself when I really sit back and think about the things that have changed so much in these past 13 weeks!
- I have not had a sip of pop for 13+ weeks
- I have not had fast food for 13+ weeks
- I have worked out everyday for 13+ weeks straight
- I have slept between 8 and 9 hours a night for 13+ weeks
- I have just one chin
- My neck is 4 1/2 inches smaller than it was 13 weeks ago
- I think I forgot what chocolate tastes like
That's what I can think of right now, there are other things, plenty of them, I just can't think. Been working out in the heat the last couple days!
I really hope to find balance in the last few weeks. It is prolly my biggest weakness! and it drives the trainers CRAZY!

I did not lose anything this week! How, you ask?
Too much going on last week.
Missed a work out.
Up too late three nights.
Trainer getting super irritated with me (us) and letting it get to me and taking it too personally.
So, the plan for this week...
concentrate on me.
don't miss any work outs.
Get plenty of sleep.
Don't irritate the trainer and don't take everything so personally!!!
Be my own best friend!
Also, I am no longer letting other people decide what my mood is like. I need to decide for myself that this is something I am going to do MY VERY BEST at each time I go to the gym!
I am really proud of my accomplishments. I have NEVER spent this much time and put this much effort into just ME and it really does feel empowering!
I feel good and I am going to push thru this week and have a double digit on Sunday! Just wait and see!!

I don't plan to stay in a size 14, but it is WAY better than where I was just under 3 months ago!!!
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 have been busy and I have lost more weight!!! YIPPEE
Week 9- lost 6 pounds
Week 10- lost 7 pounds
That is 70 pounds total!!!! in ten weeks! I can't hardly believe it!
I used to wear a size 28 pants and I tried on a pair of 16's the other day. The 16's fit, but it won't be long until 14's are "my size"- so exciting! That means I went down 7, almost 8 sizes in pants!!! I don't have to shop at plus size stores EVER AGAIN!
I FINALLY feel and see the hard work I have put forth! It feels so much easier to work out when I actually allow myself to be proud and to push myself every day!
I need to add a couple of photos to this BLOG so that you can see the changes... I will work on that in the next day or so and re-post!

9 weeks in and still going strong...
Hi all,
Just writing to catch up on my success thus far. I lost 57 pounds to date and we have week 9 weigh in on Sunday!! Here's how weeks 7 & 8 went for weigh in:
Week 7 - lost 8 pounds
Week 8 - lost 6 pounds
Super tired after two work outs with Todd today! Gotta get some sleep!
I'll be back tomorrow!
